Double Duty Dinners: How to Make the Most of a Meal

Join us on Wednesday, January 12th at 7:00pm for the first program in a three-month series about food and nutrition. In January, we’ll have Emily Holdorf, registered dietitian. In February, Eric Lindstrom, author of The Skeptical Vegan, will discuss his book with us. And in March, Sarah Curless, SNAP-Ed New York Nutrition Educator for Tompkins County, will share some recipes and tips for healthy eating. All three programs will be held via Zoom.

In Double Duty Dinners, Emily will demonstrate how to save time and simplify mealtime by cooking once and eating twice! You’ll learn tips and tricks to cook a meal for dinner, then transform it into another dish for lunch (or more dinners) the next day.

Please register to receive the Zoom link by calling 607-533-4939 or emailing info@lansinglibrary.org.
