Board of Trustees

Do you ever wonder where LCL is headed? Every year the Board of Trustees establishes specific goals for the Lansing Community Library (LCL) in the context of the LCL Long Range Plan. The goal of the Board is to ensure good stewardship of LCL’s resources while maintaining a vibrant library that provides a critical function within our community.

Meetings

The LCL Board of Trustees holds its meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM, with the exception in April when the meeting is moved to the Monday before the Vote. All meetings are open to the public, and community members wishing to address the Board are requested to keep their comments to 3 minutes. The 2025 annual trustee election was held on April 22. Three new Trustees were elected: Lauren Chambliss, Dan Dwyer,  and Matthew Montague
