November is here, and so are lots of fun new Story Times at the library! We’ve got a whole month of stories, songs, and hands-on activities planned for our youngest readers and their grown-ups.
We’ll kick things off with an “All About Feelings” Story Time, where we’ll explore all the different emotions we feel through stories, music, games, and play. Everyone has feelings—let’s talk (and sing!) about them!
Next, we’ll have a “What Pet Should I Get?” Story Time. We’ll read What Pet Should I Get? by Dr. Seuss and Dogfish by Gillian Shields, then play a lively game of Pet Simon Says and make our very own fishbowl craft to take home.
To finish out the month, we’ll celebrate Thanksgiving with stories, songs, and activities all about gratitude and the people and things we’re thankful for.
