Join us for an informational session about free cancer screenings available through the New York State Cancer Services Program (CSP). A CSP Outreach Coordinator will be on site to explain eligibility, share details about available screenings, and answer your questions.

Who qualifies:

  • Adults ages 45–64

  • Those who are uninsured, underinsured, or have high-deductible health plans
