The air is cooling, students are heading back to school, and Story Time with Ms. Shelley is returning! We’ve planned a fantastic lineup for our little ones this month.
We’ll begin with stories about school—learning about the bus that takes us there and its signature color, yellow! Next, we’ll celebrate the beloved Interrupting Chicken with a lively puppetry reading, narration, the chicken dance, and a fun craft. To finish out the month, as the days grow shorter, we’ll gather for a special Stars Story Time featuring books, music & movement, and a celestial-themed craft.
Story Time happens every Thursday at 10:30 AM in the LCL Community Room. Join us for stories, songs, and hands-on activities while connecting with other caregivers and families. It’s a welcoming space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to learn and play together—while grown-ups enjoy a sense of community, too.
Ms. Shelley is excited to welcome familiar faces and meet new friends.
