March – Decoupage A Candle Holder
A simple technique that can be used to decorate many kinds of objects.
Decoupage: The art or craft of decorating objects with paper cut-outs.
The decoupage a candle holder kit includes: glass votive candle holder, white glue, paintbrush, tissue paper, and a battery operated tea light. Some basic directions and a link to a video demonstrating the technique will also be included. There is no need to return any of the supplies.
