Magical dust has turned us into dinosaurs, and we need your help to become human again! Join martial arts instructor Guro Annie Sheng for an action-packed adventure through time as we stomp, roar, and defend our way through the prehistoric world.
Participants will learn basic martial arts skills while pretending to be different dinosaurs from around the globe. Swing foam noodle tails like a Plateosaurus, soar like the rainbow-feathered Caihong dinosaur, and unleash powerful T-Rex punches as we travel across continents and eras in search of the magical elixir.
